• Include your full name, email, and order details

• Requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchase

Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
No refunds are issued after 10 days.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, violation of terms, or excessive refunds.
